Scoutz is used by student-athletes, many of whom are minors. We take additional care with their information.
The scope of the children's and minors' provisions — including any COPPA-specific disclosures — is subject to counsel's final determination.
Scoutz may promote its own features and may display sponsorship or promotional content from partners within the Services. We aim to keep advertising limited and relevant to recruiting.
Scoutz does not sell the behavioral advertising data of minors. We do not sell, and do not share for cross-context behavioral advertising, the personal information of users we know to be under 18. (Final wording of this commitment is subject to counsel approval.)
For adult users, if we ever engage in interest-based advertising we will disclose it here and provide the opt-out choices required by law. We do not use sensitive personal information to build advertising profiles.
The Events Marketplace lets athletes and families discover and register for camps, showcases, combines, and tournaments, and lets organizers manage participation.
Scoutz uses automated systems, including AI models, to help organize recruiting information — for example, to generate athlete ratings, power matchmaking and recommendations, and assist search and profile summaries.
The extent of AI-related disclosures and any additional rights will be finalized as counsel requires.
